Furniture Options LTD - Policies and Procedures

Return Checks - Any returned check is subject to a $50 fee.

Refunds - No refunds on special orders, No refunds or credit of deposit or payment after 72 hours from date of transaction. Purchaser myst accept delivery of merchandise within 14 days of notification or completion or item will be returned to stock and deposit forfitted. Credit refurnds are made on the same account as payments received. Check or cash payments are refunded by check, (All check purchases will be subjuect to a waiting period; 14 days for local checks and 21 days for out of area checks)

Returns - Not all item are eligible for returns. This includes Bedding, Clearance/Floor Models and all Special Orders, Service fee (delivery, set-up, furniture protection plans etc.) are nonrefundable. Damaged merchandise must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. When/if a refund is available if product is returned in its original condition, with sales receipt, within 24 of delivery or pickup. Any refund may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Clearance and Floor Models - All sales of clearance/floor model merchandise are final. There are no returns, refunds, exchanges, or service for any clearance or floor model item.

All order times are estimates. We cannot pre-determine unforeseen delays by the manufactures.

Customer Pick Up Information - (the following information applies to all customer pick ups from our showroom or warehouse)

  • Please call before you make a pick up to help us make sure your furniture is ready
  • Please inspect all furniture before you take it with you to ensure that it is the correct size, style, color, etx.
  • If for any reason items need to be returned/exchanged - you are responsible for returning the items to the original point of pick up. All items should be packed in original cartons and packing materials.
  • Our staff will be happy to assist you with loading your items into your vehicle, however you are responsible for determining the best way to load your vehicle. Be sure to bring blankets and tie downs to properly protect your furniture.
  • We cannot load items onto the top of any vehicle. This is not a safe practice and should be avoided.

Deliveries -

  • Your order must be paid in full prior to your delivery date. If you need to change your delivery date, please call at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date, after that we can no longer change your delivery date.
  • Every delivery is different. Traffic/weather conditions, travel times and product assembly times may effect delivery times. We will do our best to meet the 3 hour delivery window that was assigned to you, but your time may change based on these situations.
  • We will call customers the day before their delivery date, if you do not hear from us, call us at 845.294.8069, and we will be happy to assist you.
  • Please have your rom ready for your new furniture. If your room is not clear, we may not be able to complete your delivery. Our delivery staff cannot move your existing furniture, handle electronics, nor can they make alterations to your home, You are responsible for removal of your old furniture, our delivery drivers will not take old furniture.
  • If the furniture you have chosen does not fit in your home you are responsible for the delivery fee and the stated return policies apply.
  • Upon delivery of your new furniture, you will be asked to sign for it. Please take this opportunity to inspect the furniture carefully. If for any reason there is a problem with your furniture it is easiest to remedy a problem when our delivery people are still there.
  • Once you have signed for your furniture your delivery is complete, and all future transportation costs are your responsibility.
  • To ensure safety, Furniture Options will determine if deliveries will be made in hazardous conditions. If we need to cancel your delivery it will be rescheduled as soon as possible.
